Senior Data Analyst

For the last couple of months, we have been developing an R&D department focused on AI-driven products and their growth. Currently, we have four new products and are planning to scale even more with the help of the initiative and talented people around us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and Interpret Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets from multiple sources, including SQL databases, AWS Athena, and data tools like Appsflyer and Amplitude, to identify trends and actionable insights.

• A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product changes, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives, providing clear recommendations based on statistical analysis.

• Data Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports that provide regular updates to key stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like SQL and Python.

• Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.

• Support Data Infrastructure: Work closely with data engineering to ensure smooth data pipelines, optimize data querying processes, and streamline data management on Amazon Web Services (AWS), especially with Athena.

• App Analytics: Provide insights from mobile app analytics platforms such as Appsflyer and Amplitude to understand user behavior, optimize user experiences, and improve key metrics such as engagement and retention.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role,

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, database management, and optimization.

  • Advanced knowledge of Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.

  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services), particularly Athena for managing large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Appsflyer and Amplitude for mobile app data analytics and insights.

• Analytical Expertise: Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, significance tests).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
